Your organization has deleted this device

The reason why you are getting this error is because your KCKCC email address is logged into the entire computer instead of the log in being limited to a select few apps. The best way to take care of this problem is to type "Access work or school" in the windows search bar that sits within your task bar. Once the text is typed, either click on the link that Windows gives you or click Enter on your keyboard. This will open the computer's settings app. You will be taken to a page within the settings app that has all of your work and school account log in profiles.

Another way of getting to the work and school accounts area is by following these steps.
1- Go to device's setting.
2- Accounts
3- Then "Access Work or School".

You will need to find your KCKCC account and click on it. Once clicked, a button should appear that says "Disconnect". You will need to click the button in order to fix the problem. Once you do this, it will log your KCKCC account out of all the apps that it is signed into on that computer. You will need to resign in to those apps individually. While resigning in, you will be prompted with a question asking you if you want the account to sign into the rest of the computer or just that one app. You need to limit it to just that one app. You will need to do this for every app on the computer that your sign into with your KCKCC account. This limits where your KCKCC can sign into on the device. If you do not do this, especially on a personal device, it will make the device think that it is owned by the college instead of you.

If your computer continues to give you anymore problems with errors like this, we recommend contacting IT. They handle the account credentialing and can help you more with the error.
