Zoom AI Report

1. What is it? – This is the report you receive via email, shortly after exiting a Zoom call. This report is a brief breakdown of what happened during the meeting.

2. How to use it. – These reports work great as a reminder for your students as to what happened in the call.

 3. There are 3 parts of the summary.

      a. Quick Recap: Provides a brief overview of the meeting.

      b. Next Steps: This covers topics or things that will happen later.

      c. Summary: This provides a brief summary of the many topics that are talked above the course of a call.

4. Why is this important/how can this be used? – If the meeting was not recorded, this acts as record by reporting what was talked about and noting what should happen next. These also act as a great document to reflect or review before a future meeting. For students, this could mean that it reminds them as to what topics were covered last week, and when a future project or test may be due.
