1. Open the course in which you would like to add the Panopto Tool.
2. Select the "Add Menu Item" icon at the top left of the side panel (the small circle with a plus sign), and select the "Tool Link" option.
3. Give the link a name and use the dropdown menu to select "Panopto Course Tool Application."
Choose whether or not you want students to be able to access this link (this can be changed later).
Click "Submit" to add the tool to the left side panel.
4. Locate the new Panopto tool and open it.
New tools always load at the bottom of the left side panel.
5. If you haven't configured the course to Panopto, you will need to configure it at this point.
All you have to do is follow the prompts. Begin by choosing "Configure."
6. Select "Add Course to Panopto."
7. Return to your course using the "Return to course" button.
Panopto is not configured to your course and ready to be used.
